trainers try their best to work within your schedule. Training
sessions are personalized for each individual and include fitness
and nutrition plans. Personal training is available at 6:00 a.m.,
from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In
